The batteries on my old Crafstman drill-driver died and I realized that a new drill driver like this one was cheaper than buying two replacement batteries for the old one so I got this one. So far it is fantastic. It is much lighter then I expected. True my old one had ni-cad batteries but this one is exceptionally light. It seems to have all the features I care about such as a variable speed based on how hard you pull the trigger, a setting where you can log the driver and use it as an ordinary screwdriver and an easy to use keyless chuck. Bonus features are the light that shines on what your are screwing and how fast it recharges.
